Cultural Sensitivity Training
Trade Development Centre provides entrepreneurs, managers, staff, and employees with a custom-made training and workshop on the cultural aspects of doing business in Africa.
Developed by experts, who have actually lived in Africa, the training focuses on the most frequent attitudes, values, and behaviours typical of African countries.
The training deals with issues such as the role of personal relationships and connections; respect for hierarchy, titles and age; how to deal with the African time; the notion of tradition of honour; individualism versus collectivism; and effective strategies for managing culture in Africa.
